At Wide World Of Lights we believe service is a word too frequently used in the marketplace and often not backed by anything tangible, that’s why when we make statements about having excellent service we back it up with an after sales service department.

The after sales service department is literally at your service for anything after sales that we can be of assistance with, should you need to lodge a warranty claim with a third party supplier we will assist you through that process and see that a result is produced and ultimately you our customer is satisfied.

To often in the lighting and cooling industry consumers are dissatisfied with the fine print associated with their warranty, that’s why at Wide World Of Lights we provide an in-home warranty on all hard wired products, some competitors only offer a replacement warranty as required by law. This means that if you are caught without an in-home warranty like that offered by Wide World Of Lights then you will be financially responsible for an electrician to remove the fitting and putting the replacement back up. This will often out way the cost of buying a new fitting rather than just having an electrician replace the faulty item. We at Wide World Of Lights will make sure should a hard wired item be faulty, we or the supplier responsible will provide an electrician to rectify the fault and or change the item.

Our Lighting Consultants have been trained to assist you with anything from a globe to a house worth of lights. Specific training is provided by staff members with over 50 years combined experience in the industry to ensure that you like us are inspired by light.
